Of Ferrara Sacked

Ferrara has been sacked by Juventus.  This came after Juventus were knocked out of Italian Cup.  Prior to this, they had already been knocked out of Champions league and are currently in sixth place of Serie A.

Well, I find Juventus' plight very similiar to Liverpool. Liverpool are out of Champions league, league cup, FA cup and they are currently in fifth place having played more games than Manchester City and Aston Villa. Well done Rafa for keeping your job for so long. =)

Of iPad

This is what I've been waiting for.  A light device that connects to the internet.  It's also perfect for my workplace which forbids camera devices.

It looks extremely light and portable.

It looks like a large version of ipod touch.

Main problem is that the 3G version is about $200 more expensive than the wi-fi version.

 

Should I buy this or should I just get the iPhone??

Of Ful Lin Tou Fu Yuen's Yong Tau Foo

This afternoon, my colleague brought us to a really nice Yong Tau Foo stall near his house.  If you are thinking of a soup based, thick yellow noodles with healthy vegetables, stuffed items and toufu. Wrong. Fu Lin Tou Fu Yuen offers an ampang-style Yong Tau Foo.

Basically, all the stuffed items are fried before serving with a soy-based sauce.  In addition, their noodles are thick and served with also some minced meat soy sauce.  Unfortunately, my workplace doesn't permit any camera phones, hence no pictures to show.  I will definitely take some pictures of this shiok Yong Tau Foo the next time I go there.

Of Trade

On 31st Dec 09, I bought 19 lots of Rafflesedu at 0.40. My intention was to buy more but I'd reached my trading limit at that moment due to some other trades that I made. I did not sell when it reached 0.475. My sense is that it will go up in the near future. Hope I'm making the right judgement.

Anyway, past 2 weeks had been quite boring in terms of trading. Everything seems to be going sideways. I thought the Jan rally would be strong but the current outlook seems to indicate some resistance. I'm still waiting for STI to go above 3000.

Beckham is going to run out of skin for new tattoos. My only comment is at age 34, he still looks extremely fit! I wish I can be half as lean at his age.=)
